内核版本是6.11.0-21-generic，之前强制xe驱动失败，手动下载了guc.bin才解决，现在能正常看到xe驱动加载了

换回标准版内核6.8.0-56发现xe也是可以使用的，能正常转码了

多谢提醒，我就说怎么升级到10.10.7之后streaming外网限速失效了，原来外网登陆都被当成局域网IP了
