有动手能，并且能独立装系统机器驱动和常用软件，就自己DIY
不能就买品牌机，不是来这个坛子就是DIY看看就能自己装的。
预算都没上限了，不如直接13900K+4090+P44pro 2T+DDR5 7200往上的内存。
