AMD新驱动问题，不知道大家遇到不

How to enable AMD Video Upscaling?
For example: Microsoft Edge
1. Open Radeon Control Panel > Gaming > Graphics > Video Upscale > Enabled
2. Open Microsoft Edge > edge:\\flags > Find "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" > Keep "Default" or "D3D11" Mode
3. Open Microsoft Edge > edge:\\flags > Find "Media Foundation for Clear" > Keep "Enabled"
