276L和六平面是已经可以确认的，但要是单堆栈的话，这个蚀刻深宽比就很惊人了。

不好说，问和答都是模棱两可，不专业，得看实拆或者美光官方自己的说法了。官方渲染图看起来确实疑似single deck，但也只是个渲染图，说明不了什么。

另外2650的NVMe版本官方文件有两个说法：
Technical Product Specification 里是2.0
Product Brief里是1.4c。

这就有点变态了

Product Brief里写错了，连PN都写错了，直接套了之前的版本没改，2650是2.0。

所以不好说啊，一周之后的FMS看看美光会不会详细介绍吧，如果是single deck，说明美光提前上马低温蚀刻了。

铠侠之前已经有2tb的封装了，理论上完全可以双面贴满做到16t。

但有没有人愿意做又是另一回事了。

B5 2TB封装有点大，贴不了，B6可以了
