SMT线程启动策略是Windows 11才有吗？

Windows 10 22H2的电源计划开不出来，还是说要求LGA 1700和AM5平台以上才支持🤔

巨硬真不行 我听说设置策略3循环模式优先调用物理核心性能比较好

如果跑的应用时延敏感可以考虑直接绑定核心，默认设置应该还是吞吐量优化的。
