According to a Reddit post citing Intel's customer support, users may need to wait several weeks—potentially up to four weeks—due to limited availability. Intel's customer service acknowledged inventory issues, with users being informed that replacement processors may take longer than usual to ship.

While Intel has not denied requests for faulty unit replacements, this stock delay has raised concerns among affected users. Some customers in the United States and Europe reported successfully receiving replacement processors, while others confirmed the delay. Despite Intel extending the warranty for its 13th and 14th generation Core processors by two years, the lack of immediate replacements is proving problematic for many users. With desktops being essential for both work and gaming, waiting several weeks to receive a replacement processor can lead to significant disruption.
In July, Intel disclosed that certain 13th and 14th generation Core processors, including mainstream 65W models, could become unstable or even damaged when exposed to high voltage. While Intel addressed the issue with a BIOS patch, processors that were already damaged still require physical replacement to resolve the problem.

没货确实会协商退款，不过刚开口应该是打折退款的。

但对于首发用户来说退八折也不亏了，远高于二手商回收价，可以考虑换门了[偷笑]

不是不给你换，5年内都没有备件

没货的情况下会退钱。
我的4颗14900KS情况
第一颗是TB买的，有发票，走个人送保换了第二颗，第二颗又换了第三颗。
第四颗是JD货，因为备件需要15天以上才有货，经协商JD退款处理。

intel这波真的不服责任，我的更新129了，结果性能缩水了，intel说是正常的，只要频率能到标称就不算质量问题[雷人]
