Previously it was 6.10.2 from one of the motherboard vendors likely putting up an early version, comes with a C++ flag for CETCOMPAT and updates some components as per usual and a couple of fixes for the installer and its routine as well.

Specifies whether the linker marks an executable image as compatible with Control-flow Enforcement Technology (CET) Shadow Stack.
(Windows Defender compatibility flag for Windows 11 2024-H2 I presume.)
