广东iptv机顶盒，抓了地址，看电视还是很爽的。

码率给到最高，dd5.1，最清晰的台都是CAVS的。折腾了好一阵，都没办法搞得掂。
既看不了，也不知道怎么转成其他格式，例如通用的h264或者hevc，没有什么头绪。


最近看到Gitee这个项目，自己研究了一下，才疏学浅，还是无法播放。

AVS+在互联网只流传了一份大佬编译出来的修改版VLC可以在windows上播放

解决了，找到一个特别的VLC解决了播放问题，找到一个批处理解决了转码问题。可以开心看AVS编码的源码电视频道了
