只有linux才需要初始化（加载CPU的微码）。至于Windows，我翻编了技术文档也不需要初始化（继承至UEFI）。

你这个应该只是屏蔽，而不是真关了。core0没办法关闭，开机第一条指令必须由core0执行，而且关键中断也必须由core0开始。

Linux下查看CPU拓扑。

可以看到小核和大核分属5个L2,同一个L3, fakeNUMA node,单小核可以存在且独享L2和L1d、L1i缓存，共享L2缓存的小核也是可以协同3个大核工作。3个大核有6个Package。Linux下CPU拓扑并不在公开API中（排除Bridge和Media），可以用NUMA操作。
