系统ubuntu22.04 server安装官网说明6.2内核安装了dkms驱动，还有媒体驱动就是不转码jellyfin打开视频转码就转圈圈

装了还是转圈
用户空间这边我是没办法了，这个错误（Failed to end picture decode issue: 23 (internal decoding error).）说明还是内核驱动的问题。
另外你dmesg日志里不太正常，这个GuC submission在DG1上需要被启用。
