用户空间这边我是没办法了，这个错误（Failed to end picture decode issue: 23 (internal decoding error).）说明还是内核驱动的问题。

另外你dmesg日志里不太正常，这个GuC submission在DG1上需要被启用。
（[   17.434489] i915 0000:03:00.0: [drm] GuC submission disabled）
