To give you some context, this is how these CPUs perform on my Red Dead Redemption benchmark:

7900X/7950X/(probably 7700X too): 53-55fps on average
7900X/7950X oced: 55-57fps, these CPUs don't gain much from overclocking.
12700K w/ AVX512 stock: 53~ avg
12700K w/ AVX512 oced (5ghz): 60+ avg
12900K w/ AVX512 stock: 55~ avg
12900K w/ AVX512 oced (5.2): 65+ avg
13900K stock: 53-55 avg
