主板只要是一线的应该不存在不省心的问题吧?

MSI Z690刀锋D4+14900KS默认睿频，VCC LLC防掉压auto约等于mode 8，最低的一档，vdroop 0.2V以上。如果使用socket LLC防掉压auto，vdroop更是掉到不知道哪里去了，跑R15直接死机hwinfo都来不及看。
但如果定频定压，无论是VCC还是socket，又能给你整个vdroop≈0，防掉压补正往死里加。
大厂照样能给你整出眼前一黑的调校，完全不省心。至于MSI Z690主板sa和vddq电压默认给太高导致KS处理器内存不好超的问题（尤其是14代KS普遍不吃sa电压），给toppc反馈过了，结果MSI的bios工程师从129KS用到149KS一直没改，拿K和KS处理器一视同仁。

牙膏厂客服是知道MSI LLC默认设置问题的，建议MSI Z790 LLC mode7起步，这里是原话：

However, I kindly share with you these solutions to help fix the issue:

Solution A:
In BIOS, select "OC", select "CPU Core Voltage Mode", select "Offset Mode", select "+(By PWM)", and adjust the voltage until the system is stable, we recommend not to exceed 0.025V for a single increase. If the issue persists, you may proceed with the solution B.

Solution B:
In BIOS, select "OC", select "DigitALL Power", change "CPU Loadline Calibration Control", and recommend starting from "Mode 7" to a lower value until the system is stable.

After implementing these solutions, please run the Intel XTU test again, and if the AVX2 test can pass, run games and see if the issue happens again.

牙膏厂举的例子是Z790战斧，默认LLC防掉压调校问题和我的Z690刀锋是一样的。
也就是说，很可能MSI所有的Z690/790默认LLC调校都有问题，之前12/13代默频没那么高，没暴露出来而已。
