QVL就是预设在SPD中,插上主板能直接跑的频率和时序,没那么多解释。不要因为XMP跑不了去重新定义QVL为自己洗地留空间,如果你想改,就麻烦做了比三星 美光和海力士更大,那时候你就有资格修改业界定义了。比如马斯克可以无视汽车和火箭界既定标准,创建他自己的telsa spaceX标准
If My Crucial® Upgrade Is Not Listed on a Manufacturer's QVL, Is It Compatible?

A Qualified Vendor List (QVL) is a list supplied by a system or motherboard manufacturer of parts tested and confirmed by that manufacturer to work in their hardware. This allows them to guarantee specific parts will work in their system.

Most memory sellers, including Crucial, sell only parts compliant with manufacturing standards set by the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC). This means that even if not included on a QVL, similar parts will comply with JEDEC standards and work even if not tested by the hardware manufacturer prior to a system's release.

A QVL not updated after a release can also exclude newer technologies allowing higher capacity or faster upgrades than what the QVL or other system specifications may indicate. Also, system updates (BIOS updates or UEFI updates) may be supplied by the system manufacturer to enable compatibility with more upgrades, while the QVL may not be updated to reflect that.

Using the Crucial® Advisor™ tool or System Scanner tool are the best methods for determining current compatibility of your system with our upgrades. Anything purchased for your system on Crucial using those tools is guaranteed compatible.

Servers and workstation class systems using ECC memory have additional considerations for compatibility, such as ranking, which a QVL or service manual may disclose. This article here has more details about upgrading a server.
