This revision of the System ROM includes the latest revision of the Intel IPU 2023.3 BIOS update which provides Intel's mitigation for BIOS advisory and security vulnerabilities documented as CVE-2022-43505 and CVE-2022-40982. This security vulnerability is documented in the CVE report site.  This issue is not unique to HPE servers.
