上机检测数据 
 
 
 
AIDA64 Disk Benchmark写入测试,空盘SLC缓存为接近全盘80%,缓内写入速度460MB/s左右(与官方宣称的500MB/s写入有点差距),缓外写入速度90多MB/s,跑到105分钟停止测试(不打算跑完)。 
此时CDI显示SSD写入量为1659GB,1659/1907.7=86%,与AIDA64 Disk Benchmark显示的曲线图进度一致,说明此时SLC缓存并没有释放?(没有出现写入放大?) 
 
 
 
过了大概半小时,重新运行AIDA64 Disk Benchmark写入测试,依然是写入到SLC缓存中,快到18分钟时停止测试,平均写入速度447MB/s 
 
 
此时CDI显示SSD写入量为2005GB,2005-1659=346,346/1907.7=18%,与AIDA64 Disk Benchmark显示的曲线图进度也是一致,我就好奇第一次写满SLC缓存后,第二次跑测试再写SLC缓存,中间没有写入放大?(会不会是因为跑第二次测试时,SLC缓存的数据还没开始迁移到TLC,这时全盘擦除因此不会出现写入放大?)

虽然缓外速度不太行,不过这个价位,再加上写爆SLC缓存的情况也不常见,感觉也还能接受。而且这个空盘的SLC缓存策略确实有点让我吃惊,就是不知道脏盘情况下如何。
