cpu 是没有核显的，选了vaapi播放都提示传输的数据无法兼容，把所有硬解格式关掉，只开色调映射，能播放可是映射又错了，就不能不硬解光映射么？

我win版开了qsv一切正常，就是cpu占用很高，不知为何，测试这个视频4k转码4k也有79fps

目前Windows上QSV的色调映射是OpenCL实现的，相比Linux下纯VPP色调映射占用更多CPU。加上2核4线程实在是框框太少了，而显卡速度又很快，所以显得CPU占用很高。

Edge浏览器和HEVC插件有bug，需要自行降级。

你用这个ffmpeg，在命令行里执行下面的命令，然后把出现的log发出来我看看。

我已经在群晖DS718+上安装了你最新的Jellyfin，在android手机上安装了jellyfin的app，有几个问题想请教一下
1、能否自定义转码参数？比如设置自己想要的转码分辨率及转码参数。例如设置一组以crf为基准，或固定qp为基准的编码方式。现在看起来好像只能定码率转码。480p如果使用x264编码，crf固定为28左右的话，平均码率应该会低于720kbps，动画时应该会更加明显。
2、我在使用转码时，发现源视频如果不是16:9的，有时候480p@720kbps，转码的分辨率是错误的和360p@420kbps是一样的，这时候会因为分辨率过低导致字幕非常模糊。但是改成480p@1.5Mbps分辨率又对了，但码率也大幅提高了，这个是bug么？
3、android手机的Jellyfin app，能够启用h265的解码吗？现在手机基本都能硬解h265了，如果转码改成480p h265，码率能够低不少。但是现在android手机app的，无法启用h265解码，不知道哪设置的不对。

试了一下，看日志软解码crf模式x264编码还是能生效的

楼主看看，我专门试了下，官方stable 10.7.7是可以的，两个日志我都附上
