Anyone have an explanation, or preferably a link to some kind of official documentation, on what exactly this does? It's not CPU Current Capability, that's a different feature entirely. It has 3 values, 50%, 100%, 150%. The BIOS has no tooltip for this, AI Suite says "CPU/NB Load Line controls the behavior of the DRAM Controller. Adjust to a high value for better system performance or to a low value for a better thermal solution." The only thing it seems to affect, that I've noticed, is CPU Power reporting. Example, if I'm under a high load and pulling 250w, with this at 100%, if I raise it to 150% hwinfo will start reporting 350w package power. If I drop it to 50%, it will report 180w power. vid/vcore/temps do not change during this, which seems to suggest the power reporting is being erroneously adjusted and actual power usage hasn't changed.
还有人分析是NON K的CPU,TDP限定65W的情况即便功耗调制最大也会被节流,该选项是be able to bypass the throttling wall.(我觉得不靠谱)
