媒体测试的78X3D有Core Parking Fail问题影响性能，需要重装系统

应该有很多媒体不会特意去装个新系统测试78X3D吧

按理说做测评肯定应该要重装个纯净系统的，我觉得是媒体的锅

重装就保证不了一致性了，anandtech甚至放在wsl里面测spec，benchamrk最重要的是环境变量相同
